For more info on Mikey Dee's condition and the benefits, please visit www.mikeydee.com - and please show your support by coming out to our show on May 5.

They then drive 2 hours north to Portland, ME for a big day on Friday, April 14: 7:30am - Live on-air acoustic set at WMGX (93.1FM) with a studio audience; 6pm - Bob Whelan sings the National Anthem at the Portland Sea Dogs' opening game; 8pm - Angry Salad opens for the Mighty Mighty Bosstones at University of Southern Maine; 11:30pm - Angry Salad headlines the St. Joseph's College spring concert... Final tally: 7 public performances in a period of about 53 hours.

In other TV news... It seems that our theme song for the new WB show D.C. will begin airing with the show's second episode on April 9. 8/23/99 - Apologies to anyone who showed-up to the South Street Seaport in NYC this past Friday hoping to see an Angry Salad show. What you may have seen instead was an absurd scene of about a dozen promoters, tour managers, booking agents, and record company folks standing in the rain, talking on their cell phones, frantically trying to re-schedule the show. Here's what we finally came up with: This coming Saturday (August 28) we'll be playing at the finale of the Sam Goody concert series at South Street Seaport in NYC at 2pm, opening for FASTBALL and POUND in a FREE, ALL AGES outdoor show.
